Europejskie Certyfikaty Językowe (TELC)

Poniżej prezentujemy najważniejsze informacje dotyczące egzaminu TELC z języka włoskiego.

Egzaminy TELC należą do systemu egzaminów stworzonych w oparciu o Europejski System Opisu Kształcenia Językowego Rady Europy. Zostały opracowane i są asministrowane przez organizację Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH (WBT) z siedzibą we Frankfurcie nad Menem.
WBT jest członkiem Stowarzyszenia Europejskich Organizacji nadających certyfikaty językowe uznawane na arenie międzynarodowej. Zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 27 grudnia 2005 roku w sprawie sposobu przeprowadzania postępowania kwalifikacyjnego w służbie cywilnej certyfikaty TELC (poziom B2 dla 6 języków) są oficjalnie uznawane przez administrację Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej jako potwierdzenie znajomości języka.

Egzaminy TELC na poziomie A1 obejmują jedynie test pisemny, a na poziomie A2, B1 i B2 składają się z części pisemnej oraz ustnej. Część pisemna to teksty do czytania i słuchania ze zrozumieniem, część ustna to rozmowa w danym języku.

Poszczególne części egzaminu mogą się w pewnym stopniu różnić w zależności od poziomu, ale nie języka. Struktura egzaminu na poziomie B1 (średnio zaawansowany) jest identyczna dla wszystkich języków i wygląda następująco:

* Część pisemna sprawdza umiejętność zrozumienia ogólnego sensu tekstów autentycznych, które należy przeczytać oraz tekstów, które należy wysłuchać.
* Kolejnym zadaniem jest napisanie listu do instytucji, lub osoby prywatnej.
* Część gramatyczna polega na uzupełnieniu tekstów brakującymi wyrazami.
* Część ustna składa się z trzech zadań które muszą wspólnie rozwiązać dwaj kandydaci w przeprowadzanej między sobą rozmowie.

Żeby móc uczestniczyć w egzaminie telc należy zgłosić swoją kandydaturę w wybranym ośrodku należącym do sieci telc. Ośrodek taki ma obowiązek wysłania zamówienia do partnera telc GmbH, któremu bezpośrednio podlega. Obecnie termin zgłoszenia chęci przeprowadzenia egzaminu ustalony bezpośrednio z centralą we Frankfurcie wynosi co najmniej 6 tygodni przed planowaną datą egzaminu.
