Currently, to our Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:
NBC Universal PTP Senior Finance & Accounting Process Specialist Italian or English Speaker

This entertainment company has operations around the globe and creates, distributes, markets and licenses all forms of entertainment from feature films to television, home video/DVD, international cinema, and broadcasting.
Main accountabilities
1. Identifying root cause of repetitive problems and implementing processes to resolve underlying issues
2. Engaging with Service Provider to provide AP subject matter expertise
-Participating in scheduled status update calls with Service Provider regarding operational issues
-Presenting territory issues with services provided. Working with Service Provider to determine solutions and report back to business units on resolution of identified issues
3.Researching and resolving Accounts Payable escalated issues by contacting all involved parties
4.Monitoring business unit compliance with established AP Policies and Procedures to resolve non-compliant areas
5.Responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
-Coordinating and escalating rush/emergency invoice requests from initial request to payment
-Reviewing, researching and resolving to balance out debit/credit reports
-Communicating changes in VAT rates to Service Provider
-Representing territory specific issues to AP Global Governance including internal audit controls and Sarbanes- Oxley (SOX)
-Assisting in project and process management tasks as required including new integration of new businesses
-Reviewing desktop procedures (DTPs) in conjunction with Global Process Owner (client)
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years experience in P2P (Account Payable and Procurement)
-Fluent Italian
-Very good English
-Ability to travel (frequent travels may be required during initial phase of the project)
-SAP knowledge will be an advantage
-Ability to enhance process and controls
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Proactive approach
-Ability to work under pressure
-Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
